I have not been restoring for over a month now...

It is summer in the Philippines and summer is the time when boys get circumcised so they have long time to recover.

The cold weather keeps me flaccid and covered, with the help of the ink bottle. I would like to name him "Pusit" or squid. It rhymes with "pisot" which means "supot" (all 3 words meantioned have stress on the 2nd syllable) or uncut penis.

I restored the last 7 days for an average of 22 hours a day. But the whole month before it, maybe 5 hour/day.

I'll upload some pictures while wearing Pusit to give you an idea how I use it.

New restorer

Since Monday, I have been using this kind of ink bottle as my new restorer. I removed its bottom and cleaned it. It has a small opening so your member could breathe.

This is way better than my previous ones. In fact, this is my best. Its circumference is perfect for my size. I can wear it with briefs or boxer without bothering others might notice. It does not hurt when I get erections or fall off when I'm flaccid.

The result so far is amazing. I am gaining (foreskin and sensitivity), without pain!

Pubic makes my mucosa feels itchy

I have not been restoring for days but it is only know that I notice some changes. I remember this feeling when I was intact. Having a sensitive inner skin then, and pubic hair always gave me an itchy sensation. You know, I used to pull my foreskin back and tape or glue it so I got a "cut" dick. Also, until today, the texture of my skin has not gone back to rough and dry. It is soft as an intact foreskin. I would love to go back restoring soon.

I met a fellow Filipino restorer who is based in the US in the internet. This is the only time I have known another Pinoy who wants his foreskin back. He started in 2005 using TLC. He is 30 years old, just like ordinary Pinoys, who had been circumcised during grade school. His cut was dorsal slit although some skin were removed at the back (frenulum).

Tug and cup

My restorer can be used in different ways. I have told you two ways. The first one is the normal way which gives high tension. It is comfortable when flaccid to semi-flaccid. The second way is the cupping which is best to do during bedtime. Only the holder is needed on this. It give normal tension when erect to medium tension when semi-flaccid. For the past days, I have switched several times. I also did cupping when I get long erection.

Based on the Coverage Index Chart, mine is about CI-2. I have about two inches of inner skin or mucosa on the frenum side which is enough to cover the glans if I have more outer skin. The skin on the other side (front) is about an inch shorter. This side should be given more tension.

Since yesterday, I tried a new way. Instead of the tugger, I used the film container to tug and the holder to cup. I put a cotton ball between the glans and the inner mocusa to give additional tension. The film container holds the foreskin. It does not cover the glans, just the tip. The holder covers the penis up to the base. The tug-and-hold way gives the highest tension among the three. It feels comfortable all the time.

After two days

I took these after a bath. Notice that the head has become softer, the skin has become looser and the penis has become more sensitive. That is just after two days of restoring.

Restoring should be done about 20 hours a day, daily for greater results. You may take a day off each week. At night, it is advisable not to restore since nucturnal erection is experienced. It may damage the news cells or the growing skin or stop the blood cycle. What I do instead is I do not put on the tugger and the pusher. Just the holder. Follow the first step and insert the holder. The holder has a lot of room for the penis. It also has a larger mouth which will not create a lock and a room once you get a full erection while sleeping.

The interior of the holder is smooth. Notice it has dimples outside. What are found inside are dots.

Compare the photo above (erect) and the photo of my semi-erect penis prior to restoration.

How do I do it?

This is how my penis looks when semi-erect. The circumsion scar is visible and has a dark color. The cut, which is done be my self is tight. It is roughly between the corona and pubic area. The skin above the scar or on the right side of the picture used to be the inner mucosa.

There are five steps to use the Quicksilver4 Restorer:

1. The best time to put on the restorer is after a bath when your skin is fresh.
While flaccid, pull the foreskin. To pull as much foreskin possible, with your thumb and inder finger, hold the base and stretch it away from your body. Then, insert thumbs in the inner skin while use index and middle fingers to hold the outer skin.

2. Put on the tugger carefully. Be sure that the tip of the head do not advance over the tugger. If you have a loose circumcision, the foreskin (specially the skin with frenum or lambi if your cut is dorsal slit commonly done by a manunuli) may go beyond it.

3. Place the bottom of the pusher on the tugger. Skin over the tugger must be push against the head. Without the pusher, the penis may go in and create a lock which is not dangerous. The size of the pusher is fit with the size of the tugger. The pusher has a little allowance of room for the head during erection. When flaccid, it may not push the head and create a sound meaning there is space.

4. Place the holder until it is sealed. Check whether the skin is evenly stretched and there is a part skin that is not covered by the tugger.

5. And you are done! This should not be uncomfortable. If you feel a pain, reset. You may also improvize your own restorer as penis size varies. Quicksilver4 Restorer maybe too small or big for your size.

DAY 1 - Quicksilver4 Restorer

I have decided to restore while doing my no jack off for 100 days project. I am not new to restoration. I have discovered three or four year ago. This is the only time I am putting my restoration experience on a blog.

I don't use a commercial restorator. This time, I am using an empty deodorant bottle and a empty film container which are locally available.

To create, what I call, Quicksilver4 Restorer: 1) disassemble the deodorant bottle, 2) keep the cap and the ball, 3) put the film container inside the bottle and 4) set aside the socket.

The film container serves as a pusher - this pushes the head back, socket as a tugger - this tugs the foreskin forward, and bottle as holder - this holds the two, and also serves a vacuum.

Foreskin restoration is the process of expanding the residual skin on the penis, via surgical or non-surgical methods, to create the appearance of a natural foreskin (prepuce) covering the glans penis. Foreskin restoration techniques are most commonly undertaken by men who have been circumcised or who have sustained an injury, but are also used by uncircumcised men who desire a longer foreskin and by men who have phimosis.

Men attempt foreskin restoration for many reasons. These may range from simply wanting their foreskin back, to restoring a natural appearance, desire for improved sensitivity of the glans or better sexual stimulation, and regaining a sense of wholeness.1 Some men cite a desire to regain a sense of control over their sexual organs and regaining lost self esteem. Foreskin restoration may also be seen as a form of body modification for those interested.

Nonsurgical foreskin restoration, accomplished through tissue expansion, is the more commonly used method of foreskin restoration. Both the skin of the penile shaft and the mucosal inner lining of the foreskin, if any remains after circumcision, may be expanded.

The skin is pulled forward over the glans, and tension is applied manually, by using weights, or by using elastic straps. In the second two cases a device must be attached to the skin; surgical tape is often used. An example of a device using elastic straps is the T-Tape method, which was developed in the 1990s with the idea of enabling restoration to take place more rapidly. Many specialized foreskin restoration devices that grip the skin with or without tape are also commercially available. Tension from these devices may be applied by weights or elastic straps, by pushing the skin forward on the penis, or by a combination of these methods.
The amount of tension produced by any method must be adjusted to avoid causing injury, pain or discomfort, and may be seen as a limiting factor in foreskin restoration. There is a risk of damaging tissues from the use of excessive tension or applying tension for too long. Websites about foreskin restoration vary in their recommendations, from suggesting a regimen of moderate amounts of tension applied for several hours a day 2, to recommending periods of higher tension applied for only a few minutes per day. 3, 4

Tissue stretching has long been known to stimulate mitosis, and research shows that regenerated human tissues have the attributes of the original tissue. 5 Unlike conventional skin expansion techniques, however, the process of nonsurgical foreskin restoration may take several years to complete, and depends on the amount of skin available to expand, the amount of skin desired in the end, and the regimen of stretching methods used. Patience and dedication are needed; support groups exist to help with these (see External links section). The act of stretching the skin is often described informally as "tugging" in these groups, especially those on the internet.
